Another patch!

Another little content patch for you lovely lot!

In tonights fix we have:

A Pause Menu! Retire your Alt+f4 fingers!
Improved visual fidelity for UI screens... No more missing lines at lower resolutions!
Settings menus now apply on starting the game rather than requiring you to hit save again!
Made the start screen a little cooler!
