More content! More fixes!

I want to begin by saying thanks to everyone for their kind words over on the HPS1 community discord.

This game has pulled more attention than I ever thought it would, and although it had a shaky start, and there are still areas that it could improve a lot, I have to say I am very proud with my very first release into the indie game dev world!

Now, onto the update:

* Added more content. More papers to redact. More sounds to hear and maaaaaybe be freaked out by!
* Redaction papers now no longer repeat! That's right I actually managed to write enough that I could remove the mechanic that made them repeat!
* Fixed a few alignment problems with some of the boxes on the redaction papers.
* Played around with the balancing a bit more, the first few rounds are now slightly less trivial
* Fixed some bugs do to with the things that go bump in the night

Known issues:
* Still some alignment issues with different screen resolutions.
* Redaction boxes can sometimes be a bit higher that the word.
* Redaction paper still refuses to scroll to the top on opening a new paper.
* TV "blue noise" fails to pause when the menu is brought up.
